This UK Council employs over 5,000 staff over two sites delivering a range of services, and is responsible for inbound post, deliveries, document scanning, and customer contacts via multiple media. All of their mailroom equipment and scanners were supplied and serviced by different organisations, and they needed to streamline the process.
